Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: Thrissur

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Summary:

The Store Keeper will be responsible for the efficient management of inventory, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of food and non-food items to support smooth restaurant operations across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming food and non-food supplies.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation.

Issue materials to kitchen and service departments as per approved requisitions.

Monitor stock levels regularly and report shortages, damages, or excess inventory to management.

Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and related documentation.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and pest-free conditions in the store area at all times.

Follow company policies and food safety standards while handling inventory.
