Job Title: Windows System Administrator – L2

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-Site)

We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator – L2 with 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Provide L2 technical support and handle escalated incidents.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and basic AWS environments.
- Support networking, VPNs, firewalls, VMware/Hyper-V, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Perform server patching, security updates, and PowerShell automation.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills:





- Strong Windows Server administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, backup solutions, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.

Preferred: MSP experience and international voice-based technical support experience.
