We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Institution Director to lead our academy, manage operations, drive student enrolment, and ensure academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Institution Management: Oversee the overall administration, daily operations, and strategic development of the academy.
- Academic Leadership: Ensure high-quality German language training, effective teaching standards, and academic performance.
- Team Management: Recruit, lead, train, and motivate German language trainers, counsellors, administrative staff, and other team members.
- Student Enrolment: Develop strategies to increase student admissions, improve conversion rates, and achieve enrolment targets.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and strengthen the academy’s presence in the education sector.
- Student Counselling: Supervise student counselling and guide students regarding German language learning pathways and relevant international education or career opportunities.
- Marketing & Promotion: Coordinate digital marketing, promotional campaigns, seminars, educational events, and outreach activities.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and institutional performance.
- Quality Assurance: Establish operational procedures, monitor student satisfaction, and maintain professional standards.




- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on admissions, academic performance, staff productivity, revenue, and institutional growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in educational institution management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in managing a language academy, training centre, study-abroad institution, or international education organisation will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to achieve student enrolment and business growth targets.
- Good understanding of academic administration, student counselling, marketing, and institutional operations.
- Knowledge of the German language or experience in German language education is an added advantage.
