Job Description

TSR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS is looking for an Accountant to support a small MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) contracting company based in the UAE.

The candidate will manage day-to-day accounting activities, invoicing, expense tracking and salary preparation while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.

- Prepare sales invoices and manage purchase invoices.

- Record expenses, supplier payments and customer receipts.

- Track project-related expenses, material purchases and labour costs.

- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

- Prepare employee salary calculations and payroll records.

- Maintain financial spreadsheets and supporting documentation.

- Assist with monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.

- Support VAT-related accounting records as required.





Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com or an equivalent accounting qualification.

- 1 year of practical accounting experience.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Experience with TallyPrime, Zoho Books preferably; knowledge of other accounting software is an advantage.

- Understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, expenses and salary preparation.

- Positive attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and communicate with the client remotely.

Additional Details

- Work directly with a UAE-based business.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
