- Job Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, key competencies, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Job Postings: Design, write, and update job descriptions, then post them across online job boards, social media, and career portals.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, referral networks, and professional communities.
- Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, administer preliminary assessments, and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview panels, brief hiring teams, and collect structured feedback.
- Offer Management: Handle compensation discussions, benchmark market rates,



extend formal job offers, and manage negotiations.
- Onboarding & Records: Assist with pre-employment background checks, manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and support current-hire onboarding.
- Metrics & Employer Branding: Track recruitment KPIs (such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire) while promoting a positive employer brand.
