About the Company

Sunstar Graphics Pvt. Ltd. works in the screen-printing machinery industry and is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our technical team.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer with hands-on knowledge of screen-printing machinery installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and ensuring the smooth functioning of machines at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission and maintain screen-printing machinery at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and operational machine faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing.
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, electrical panels, drives and PLC-controlled systems, where applicable.
- Provide technical support and machine-operation training to customers.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of machine repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the spare-parts and technical teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Travel to customer locations across India as required.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Printing Technology.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery servicing or maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with screen-printing machinery is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, motors and drives is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and service assignments.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in ATMA or similar screen-printing machines, flatbed printing machinery, automatic printing systems or related industrial equipment will be preferred.
