About Digital Neighbour

Digital Neighbour is a digital marketing agency working with clients across international markets. We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager who can manage client accounts, create engaging social media content and run effective Meta Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with social media management, graphic design, video editing and paid social advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging graphics, carousels, reels and short-form videos tailored to each client’s brand.
- Develop content calendars, write captions and schedule posts for international audiences.
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, retargeting and A/B testing.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, leads and conversions, and recommend improvements.
- Research social media trends and adapt relevant formats to suit different brands and audiences.
- Communicate with international clients, manage feedback and deliver work within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines and quality standards across all client accounts.

Skills and Experience Required

- Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for international clients.
- Practical graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
- A portfolio showcasing social media graphics, carousels, reels and short videos.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign performance analysis.
- Understanding of platform-specific content strategies, including LinkedIn marketing and Reddit community engagement.




- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Good creative judgement, attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines independently.
