Follow daily production targets and complete assigned work on time. 3. Monitor machine performance and report any breakdowns or abnormalities immediately. 4. Maintain product quality and follow all quality control procedures. 5. Follow shift-wise duties and cooperate with team members during shift handovers. 6. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the assigned work area. 7. Follow all factory safety rules and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE). 8. Report machine faults, accidents, unsafe conditions, and production issues to the supervisor. 9. Handle tools, equipment, and materials carefully. 10. Complete daily production records and other assigned documentation accurately. 11. Follow instructions from supervisors and management. 12. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professional behaviour at all times. 13. Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and safety meetings as required. 14. Protect company property, machinery, materials, and confidential information. 15. Complete all assigned daily activities responsibly and efficiently. Strict Company Rules and Regulations: 1. Punctuality is mandatory: Employees must report to work on time according to their assigned shift. Late attendance is not permitted except as allowed under company policy. 2. Uniform is compulsory: Employees must wear the company-provided uniform throughout working hours and maintain proper grooming. 3. Shift discipline: Employees must work according to assigned shifts and follow the shift schedule. Shift changes require prior approval from management. 4. No tobacco or smoking: Smoking, gutka, Vimal, and other tobacco products are prohibited inside the workplace and in designated company premises. 5. No misleading or dishonest activities: Fraud,



false reporting, theft, deliberate misconduct, and providing misleading information are strictly prohibited. 6. Safety compliance: Employees must follow all machine safety instructions and must not bypass safety guards or operate machinery without proper authorization. 7. No unauthorized absence: Employees must inform the supervisor and follow company leave procedures for any absence. 8. No unauthorized breaks: Employees must follow designated break timings and return to their workstations on time. 9. Respectful behaviour: Misconduct, abusive language, fighting, harassment, and disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. 10. Follow supervisor instructions: All lawful work instructions and company procedures must be followed. 11. Mobile phone usage: Personal mobile phone use is restricted in production and machine operation areas, subject to company policy. 12. Zero tolerance for serious misconduct: Reliable safety violations, theft, fraud, or repeated misconduct may lead to disciplinary action, including termination, in accordance with applicable company policy and law. 13. Daily activity compliance: Employees must complete their assigned tasks, production reports, housekeeping, and shift handover duties every day. 14. No unauthorized machine operation: Only trained and authorized employees may operate designated machines. 15. Professional responsibility: Employees are expected to be honest, punctual, disciplined, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining production quality. Important: All employees are expected to follow company policies, safety procedures, attendance rules, and shift instructions throughout their employment.
