Job Responsibilities
- Must have Real Estate Knowledge.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and inquiries.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, and property details to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits.
- Maintain lead data, daily calling reports, and customer records.
- Prepare MIS reports and update Excel sheets regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Update customer information and follow-up status in the CRM system.
Required Skills
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Mandatory knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and robust follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and well-organized.
