Job profile:-

Coordinating and visiting stores to optimize performance

Operations Oversight: - Manage day-to-day administrative processing, and record-keeping workflows. Manager for showroom sales

Team Leadership:- Train, mentor, and supervise back-office personnel to hit performance and service quality targets. Planning current launches.

Cross-Functional Coordination:-Partner with front-office, sales, and finance departments to resolve complex client issues and streamline processes.

Reporting & Compliance: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), build management dashboards, and enforce internal company policies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
