Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for Mechanical breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance & utility equipment's maintenance.

2. Responsible for executing and records keeping of the plant machine Daily/Weekly/ Monthly & Annual health checkup, preventive & corrective maintenance along with RCA of any repeated breakdown.

3. Responsible to keep track of Key consumables, Standby critical Spares stock against set min. safety stock.

4. Maintain Downtime report Machine/Equipment wise, also the cost of maintenance on each equipment.

5.Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits, pneumatic circuits, cylinders, pumps, solenoid valves, gearboxes, bearings, belts, conveyors, blower fans and mechanical structural issues.

6. Schedule and execute lubrication plans, alignment checks, vibration checks, and equipment overhauls.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
