Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities at residential construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other site personnel to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and engineers.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor the use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.
- Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and site procedures.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, attendance records, and material usage records.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.




- Report project progress and site requirements to the project manager or senior engineer.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential construction or a similar site supervision role.
- Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and basic construction plans.
- Practical knowledge of site execution and construction quality standards.
