Job Profile
- Handle Inquiries: Attend incoming phone calls from customers looking for maid services and postpartum care.
- Explain Services: Clearly explain our service details and features to clients.
- Suggest Packages: Understand what the customer needs and suggest the right service package.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the maid service department to smoothly manage and confirm assignments.
Requirements & Preferences
- Age: 25 to 38 years.
- Location / Residence: Must be permanently living in and around Ernakulam.
- Languages: Good speaking skills in Malayalam and English. Basic computer knowledge for daily coordination.
