Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment for IT positions across the APAC region, ensuring timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles across APAC markets.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent.
- Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain ATS records, recruitment trackers, and candidate pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional hiring practices.

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Experience in APAC hiring preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.
