Job Description :

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to play a hands - on role in our ongoing projects, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized COA-certified institute.

We are seeking highly structured and detail-oriented candidates with solid understanding of Architectural design principles.

He/She will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary design coordination from initial concept development through to final construction documentation and handover.

He/She needs to have technical proficiency, analytical thinking, good communication and presentation skills.

He/She will lead the coordination between the internal design team, Structural engineers, MEP consultants, Interior Designers, and specialist hospitality consultants (lighting, kitchen/laundry, landscaping and onsite PMC team.

Create and present detailed architectural plans,



drawings and specifications

He/She should have the capacity to juggle multiple design phases, create and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
