Job Responsibilities: HR Recruiter

- Job Posting & Ad Optimization: Draft explicit, compliant, and keyword-optimized job descriptions to maximize reach and attract qualified candidates on Indeed.
- Account & Budget Management: Manage job posting requisitions, setup sponsorship budgets for priority roles, and monitor performance metrics.
- Applicant Screening & Intake: Design custom screening questions, review inbound applications, and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search and source passive talent through the Indeed Resume database and invite qualified candidates to apply.
- Candidate Communication & Scheduling: Utilize platform messaging to communicate with candidates, conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, and provide timely application status updates.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Update candidate statuses, maintain applicant pipelines, and close or pause requisitions promptly once filled.
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication to interact professionally with candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate smoothly with hiring managers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
