SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 7–10 years | Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, banking, and project accounts for a real estate development company.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial records.

· Handle GST, TDS, statutory payments, and coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors.

· Maintain project-wise accounts, contractor/vendor bills, development expenses, and customer collections.

· Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow, expense, outstanding, and project cost reports.





· Manage banking transactions and ensure accurate documentation and timely compliance.

Required Skills

· 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience; real estate or construction experience preferred.

· Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally Prime, and Microsoft Excel.

· Ability to work independently with strong accuracy, integrity, and organisational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
