Diligence Certifications is a growing organization providing certification, inspection, and regulatory compliance services across various industries. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Operations Interns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily operational activities and project coordination.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain technical documents, reports, and project records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in reviewing technical documents and maintaining records related to certification and regulatory compliance.
- Track project progress, update status reports, and communicate updates to the reporting manager.
- Support documentation, data entry, and record management activities.
- Help identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, project status,
and operational activities.
- Learn about certification procedures, technical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts and technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valuable communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
