Vishwaroopam Gurukulam is a holistic wellness and transformation centre offering corporate wellness solutions designed to support employee well-being, stress management, relaxation, energy, and workplace effectiveness.

Our programs include Corporate Yoga, Sound Bath, Stress Management, Employee Wellness Workshops, Meditation, and Holistic Wellness Programs.

We are looking for a well-connected, confident, and result-oriented Corporate Business Development Manager who has strong existing contacts in corporates and can leverage their skilled network to generate business opportunities for Vishwaroopam Gurukulam.

The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to corporate decision-makers, arranging meetings, presenting our wellness solutions, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into corporate wellness projects.

We are particularly interested in candidates who already have strong connections with HR Heads, CHROs, Admin Heads, L&D; Managers, Corporate Leaders, and other key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities





- Utilize your existing corporate network and professional contacts to generate business opportunities.
- Visit corporate offices and meet HR Heads, Admin Managers, L&D; Heads, and senior decision-makers.
- Introduce and promote Vishwaroopam Gurukulam's corporate wellness programs.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings with potential corporate clients.
- Present proposals for corporate yoga sessions, sound baths, stress management workshops, and employee wellness programs.
- Develop relationships with corporates, MNCs, educational institutions, hospitals, and other organizations.
- Follow up with prospects, coordinate proposals, and convert leads into paid assignments.
- Build long-term corporate partnerships and explore recurring wellness contracts.
- Maintain a database of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and business conversions.
- Achieve mutually agreed monthly lead-generation and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
