Job Overview

We are looking for a agile and experienced Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves leading a team of recruiters, building effective hiring strategies, and ensuring timely closure of IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on IT hiring experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.
- Guide the team on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews, set targets, and support team development.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality IT talent.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Ensure hiring aligns with company goals, culture, and diversity initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide regular updates on hiring status, challenges, and market insights.
- Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, job portals,



and external partners.

Process Improvement & Reporting

- Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational hiring policies.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Employer Branding & Market Insights

- Support employer branding initiatives in coordination with HR and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

Diversity & Inclusion

- Promote fair and inclusive hiring practices.
- Implement strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership/team-handling role.
- Strong experience in IT hiring is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment tools, and job portals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
