Job Overview

Genesys AI Labs is looking for compassionate and motivated Patient Care Counsellors to join our VitalVue team. VitalVue is a personalised post-discharge care and remote patient monitoring service that helps patients stay connected to healthcare support after leaving the hospital.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and an interest in helping patients and their families understand the importance of continued care and health monitoring during recovery at home.

This is an excellent opportunity for BSW freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience to build a career in patient counselling, healthcare coordination, and digital health services.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients and their families about the advantages of post-discharge care and remote patient monitoring.
- Explain VitalVue services, including vital-sign monitoring, healthcare coordination, and doctor consultation access as applicable to the selected plan.
- Address patient and caregiver questions regarding the service, device usage, subscription plans, and monitoring process.
- Assist interested and eligible patients with enrolment and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hospital staff, doctors, nurses, and discharge coordinators to identify suitable patients.
- Follow up with patients and caregivers to support onboarding and service adoption.
- Educate patients and families on the correct use of VitalVue monitoring devices.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, enrolments, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families through empathetic and professional communication.




- Escalate patient concerns and health-related issues to the appropriate clinical team according to established protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW).
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in patient care.
- Ability to explain services clearly and confidently to patients and their families.
- Willingness to work with hospital teams and conduct patient follow-ups.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records and updating service information.
