Job Description

Shadithya Hospital invites applications from experienced, RCI-registered Clinical Psychologists with expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to join our multidisciplinary mental healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychometric testing.
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments, including Rorschach, WAIS, WISC, Bhatia Battery, NIMHANS Battery, autism/ADHD scales, SLD assessments, PANSS, Hamilton and Beck scales, and personality assessments, as appropriate to the candidate’s training and competence.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, particularly CBT for depression and anxiety.
- Apply behaviour therapy techniques and ABC analysis.
- Provide psychological interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Support patients with addiction-related concerns through appropriate psychological interventions and relapse prevention.
- Conduct cognitive stimulation activities for patients with dementia.
- Plan and facilitate structured group therapy sessions.




- Prepare psychological assessment reports, case formulations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, confidentiality, and professional ethical standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Relevant RCI-recognized professional qualification in Clinical Psychology.
- Valid RCI registration.
- Clinical experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy.
- Demonstrable knowledge of CBT and relevant psychological assessment tools.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred.
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Salary/remuneration will be discussed based on qualifications, clinical experience, and full time or part-time engagement.
