JOB DESCRIPTION – GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE (GSA)

Department: F&B;

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent service.

- Maintain table setup, cleanliness and overall restaurant hygiene.

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

- Maintain complete knowledge of menu, offers and promotions.

- Suggestive selling and upselling of food & beverages.

- Follow grooming, hygiene, safety and restaurant SOPs.

- Support the team during busy hours and special events.

Requirements:

- 0–3 years of experience in Restaurant / Hotel / Hospitality.

- Positive communication and guest-handling skills.

- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

- Well-groomed and presentable personality.

- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
