About the Role -
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-obsessed Social Media Analyst who is always up to date with what’s trending online. If you’re someone who spends time understanding viral content, experimenting with social media hacks, and constantly exploring new trends across platforms, this role is perfect for you.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, proactive, well-spoken, and full of ideas, with the ability to turn social media insights into engaging content strategies.

Key Responsibilities -

- Monitor and analyze performance across major social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other emerging platforms.
- Stay constantly updated on latest social media trends, viral formats, memes, and platform updates.
- Suggest creative content ideas and growth strategies based on insights and trends.
- Identify social media hacks and algorithm strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Track performance metrics like engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and content performance.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify opportunities for growth.




- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative and engaging social media campaigns.

What We’re Looking For -

- 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or social media analytics.
- Someone who is very active on social media and naturally curious about digital trends.
- Creative thinker who can come up with fresh and engaging ideas.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive personality.
- Good communication and presentation skills – well-spoken and confident.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Ability to spot viral opportunities and act quickly on trends.

Someone who doesn’t just use social media casually but studies it, experiments with it, and understands what makes content perform well. If you’re creative, enthusiastic, always online, and full of ideas, we’d love to have you on the team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
