Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, and work schedules.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the production area.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Store, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain daily production reports and stock records.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets as per company standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
