- Maintain continuous compliance with healthcare regulatory bodies.
- Manage Workplace of Care , Life Safety, and Emergency Management plans.
- Lead mock surveys and ensure the facility is permanently "survey-ready."
- Oversee infection control risk assessments during any facility maintenance or construction.
- Supervise critical infrastructure including HVAC systems, medical gas delivery systems, emergency backup generators, electrical grids, and plumbing/water management.
- Implement a robust Preventive Maintenance program for all plant equipment using a Computerized Maintenance Management System .
- Coordinate immediate repairs for utility outages or structural failures to minimize disruption to patient care.
- Direct and schedule a multidisciplinary team of biomedical technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance staff.




- Conduct specialized training on healthcare safety, hazardous materials, and emergency response protocols.
- Evaluate staff performance and foster a culture of immediate accountability and safety awareness.
- Develop and manage the annual facilities operational and capital expenditure budgets.
- Negotiate and oversee contracts with external vendors, construction contractors, and specialized equipment service providers.
- Analyze energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce utility costs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
