- Need to observe children in regular classes and identify children who need extra learning support .
- Responsible and loving to nurture and care for social, emotional and physical needs of the children.
- Has love patience and skills to attend children one to one and help them in regular lessons through various methods
- knowledge on Individual educational plan and ability to plan sessions accordingly.
- Ability to have regular interaction with teachers and parents to observe the progress of the child and guide the parents to the path ahead accordingly.
- A prior remedial teaching experience and respective degree is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and experience working with children with special needs , slow learners or children with learning difficulties.
