About the Role

HAPPINESS is looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Content & Community Growth Executive to support our growing learning and personal development initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging short-form video content, managing online communities, coordinating webinars, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for participants.

You will work closely with the founder, who leads content development and training sessions, while you take ownership of content editing, publishing, community engagement, and day-to-day program operations.

We are looking for a hands-on professional who can independently manage tasks, meet deadlines, and grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Transform raw recordings and long-form content into engaging, platform-ready clips.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, and background music where appropriate.
- Optimize content for different social media platforms.
- Maintain consistent quality, branding, and publishing schedules.
- Use video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

2. Social Media Management

- Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, descriptions, and basic promotional copy.
- Support the promotion of webinars, training programs, books, and learning resources.
- Monitor basic engagement metrics such as views, reach, and interactions.
- Identify content improvement opportunities based on performance.

3. WhatsApp Community Management





- Create, organize, and manage WhatsApp learning groups or communities.
- Share learning updates, reminders, announcements, and relevant content.
- Encourage meaningful participation and maintain positive community interactions.
- Respond to routine participant queries and coordinate communication.
- Maintain an organized and supportive learner experience.

4. Webinar & Training Coordination

- Assist with setting up and managing webinars and online training sessions using Zoom or similar platforms.
- Create registration forms, maintain attendee lists, and track registrations.
- Send invitations, joining links, reminders, and follow-up messages.
- Coordinate with participants before, during, and after sessions.
- Help ensure webinars and training programs run smoothly.
- Track attendance, feedback, and participant engagement.

5. Content & Operations Support

- Maintain content calendars, spreadsheets, registration trackers, and task lists.
- Coordinate deadlines and follow up on pending activities.
- Explore AI-powered tools to improve editing, content creation, and operational efficiency.
- Support ongoing improvements as the learning programs and community grow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing, social media, content creation, community management, or digital operations preferred.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience editing short-form videos such as Reels or Shorts.
- A portfolio or samples of personally edited videos are mandatory.




- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content formats.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Forms, and digital productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Reliable follow-through, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

- Experience managing WhatsApp groups or online learning communities.
- Experience coordinating Zoom webinars, online workshops, or training programs.
- Exposure to educational content, creator-led businesses, or digital marketing.
- Experience with AI-assisted editing or content creation tools.
- Experience promoting books, courses, coaching programs, or learning initiatives.
- Interest in human behavior, psychology, self-development, or personal growth.

Prior experience in the self-help, wellness, or coaching industry is not mandatory.
