Job Purpose

Provide ethical, evidence-based psychological assessment, counselling, psychotherapy, and mental health support to individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, corporate employees, and community clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments, administer authorized tests, and prepare reports.
- Provide individual, couple, family, child, adolescent, and group counselling.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and session notes.
- Assess suicide and self-harm risks and manage crises according to organizational protocols.
- Deliver corporate wellness workshops, stress management, and burnout prevention programs.




- Conduct mental health awareness programs in schools, colleges, and communities.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, educators, HR teams, and other professionals.
- Participate in case reviews, supervision, research, and continuing professional development.
- Support psychology interns through training and supervision, as assigned.
- Manage appointments, client follow-ups, referrals, and administrative duties.
