Job description:

Duty time 9.00 PM to 6.00 AM

10.00 PM to 7.00 AM

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

- Loading & Unloading: Safely unload incoming shipments and load outgoing freight, master cartons, and pallets into delivery trucks or containers.
- Order Picking & Checking: Locate products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or orders, verifying quantities, sizes, and product condition.
- Space & Freight Optimization: Stack cartons and cargo using proper interlocking methods to maximize truck space and prevent damage during transit.
- Equipment Operation: Use manual and powered tools such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (where certified).
- Inventory & Scanning: Scan barcodes using RF guns or handheld devices, update inventory records, and label packages accurately.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to workplace safety and OSHA guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (steel-toe boots,



gloves, vests), and keep loading docks clean

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 8th to 10th pass (high school diploma or equivalent preferred) with basic reading and math skills.
- Physical Fitness: High stamina and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and regularly lift heavy boxes or freight (typically 10 kg to 25 kg / 50+ lbs).
- Certifications (Optional/Preferred): Forklift or powered industrial truck (BOPT) operator certification.
- Experience: Often open to freshers or candidates with 0 to 2 years of general warehouse, logistics, or physical labor experience

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
