- Machine Selection & Procurement → Evaluate, recommend, and install suitable machinery for motors, racks, and other products.
- Process Design → Develop workflows for efficient production, including assembly line planning.
- Production Oversight → Supervise day‑to‑day manufacturing, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Material & Inventory Planning → Coordinate with stores/accounts for raw material flow and storage systems.
- Quality Assurance → Implement testing protocols for motors, racks, and fabricated products.
- Cost Optimization → Balance production speed with cost control.
- Team Coordination → Work with technicians, welders, and operators to ensure smooth execution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
