- Team Guidance: Lead, supervise, and guide junior stewards and dietary aides during daily shift operations.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate with the main kitchen, dieticians, and nursing staff to ensure smooth and timely meal services.
- Training Support: Assist in onboarding and training current staff members on hospital safety, hygiene protocols, and tray-assembly procedures.
- Issue Escalation: Address real-time service complaints or dietary discrepancies and escalate complex issues to the food service supervisor or manager
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
