About Cerebellum Academy
Cerebellum Academy is a medical education platform built by some of India's leading educators. We help MBBS students, interns and doctors prepare for NEET PG, INI-CET and FMGE through live and recorded classes, question banks, grand tests and mentorship, all built on content that is Conceptual, Clinical, Comprehensive, Relevant and Revisable. Our educators have taught over 10 lakh students, and social media is where much of that community first discovers us.
Role Overview
As a Social Media Executive you are the hands-on engine of our social presence. You will create, publish and optimise content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn for an audience of medical students and doctors, working closely with the Social Media Lead, our faculty and the wider marketing team. We are looking for people who already run a social media page of their own and understand, from experience, what makes content grow.
General Responsibilities
● Calendar execution. Create and publish content daily across all four platforms as per the content calendar set by the Social Media Lead.
● Content creation. Write captions, hooks, scripts and on-screen text, design creatives and edit short-form videos in English, as a healthy mix of posts and reels.
● Repurposing. Turn faculty lectures, live-class clips, exam updates, high-yield points, topper stories and announcements into platform-native content.
● Brand consistency. Follow Cerebellum's brand guidelines for look, tone and language on every post, on every platform.
● Community management. Reply to comments and DMs within agreed timelines, route student queries to the right team and escalate sensitive comments to the Lead.
● Trend research. Track trending formats, audio and hashtags, and study what other education and medical-education pages do. Bring fresh ideas to the weekly planning meeting.
● Accuracy and compliance.
Make sure medical and academic content is reviewed by faculty or the content team before it goes live. Respect copyright and platform policies.
● Reporting. Track reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth and enquiries, and share a weekly summary with the Lead.
● Teamwork. Coordinate with faculty, design and video, marketing and student-support teams. Support exam-season campaigns, course launches and events.
