- Planning & Design: Analyze survey reports, maps, aerial photographs, and geological/soil data. Produce technical blueprints and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Feasibility & Cost Estimation: Conduct environmental impact studies, calculate material and labor costs, and determine the economic viability of projects.
- Site Supervision & Quality Control: Visit construction sites to monitor progress, test building materials (like concrete and steel), and verify that work aligns with architectural plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Submit permit applications to local, state, or federal agencies and ensure adherence to safety codes and zoning laws.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and government officials to keep projects on schedule and within budget
