Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries and follow up with potential clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
