Conversion UX Strategist

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and analytical Conversion UX Strategist who can improve user experience and increase conversions across websites, landing pages, and digital marketing funnels. The ideal candidate should understand user behavior, conversion optimization, and UX principles to create seamless digital experiences that turn visitors into leads and customers.

The role involves analyzing user journeys, identifying conversion barriers, developing UX improvement strategies, and collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams to improve engagement, lead generation, and overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze website and landing page performance to identify user experience gaps and conversion opportunities.
- Develop UX strategies to improve lead generation, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Map user journeys and conversion funnels to create smooth, goal-oriented experiences.
- Recommend improvements in website layout, navigation, content placement, forms, CTAs, and page structure.
- Conduct competitor analysis and user behavior research to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and digital marketing teams to implement UX improvements.
- Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.




- Review analytics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of UX changes.
- Ensure website experiences align with business objectives and target audience expectations.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in UX strategy, website optimization, landing page planning, or conversion rate optimization is preferred.
