About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Videographer & Editor who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals, impactful storytelling, and high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, an understanding of brand language, and the ability to create engaging videos that align with the company’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for brand communication, marketing campaigns, project showcases, and digital platforms.
- Handle end-to-end videography, from concept development and pre-production to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Create engaging visual stories that reflect the brand’s identity, positioning, and communication style.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and other creative elements to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and execute impactful video campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, storytelling, and brand language across all video content.
- Stay updated with emerging video trends, editing techniques, creative formats, and AI-powered tools.
- Leverage AI tools to improve creative workflows, editing efficiency, and overall content quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of relevant experience in videography, video editing,



and creative content production.
- Strong expertise in professional videography, camera operations, lighting, composition, and sound.
- Proficiency in professional video editing software and tools.
- Experience in motion graphics, visual storytelling, colour grading, and post-production.
- Strong understanding of brand language, visual identity, and creative communication.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for video creation, editing, enhancement, or creative production.
- A solid creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality content within timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be given preference.
- Candidates without real estate experience may also be considered if they have relevant experience with a reputed media organisation or a recognised film institute, along with a strong portfolio.
- Candidates must demonstrate substantial experience in producing high-quality, engaging, and creative video content.
