Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused Retail Finance Executive to join our newly launched automobile showroom at Lakshmi Mills, Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle loan facilities, building relationships with banks and financial institutions, assisting customers with loan applications, and ensuring smooth and timely finance approvals and vehicle deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to arrange vehicle loans for customers.
- Explain available vehicle finance options, loan schemes, interest rates, and EMI details to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable finance options based on their requirements.
- Collect and verify the necessary documents for vehicle loan applications.
- Process loan applications and coordinate with banks for timely approvals.
- Follow up with financial institutions regarding loan status, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with bank representatives and finance partners.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve finance penetration and vehicle booking conversions.
- Ensure timely completion of loan documentation before vehicle delivery.
- Monitor pending loan applications and take necessary follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
- Prepare daily and monthly finance performance reports.
- Achieve assigned retail finance targets and support overall dealership sales objectives.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable finance procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma, preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in automobile retail finance, vehicle loans, banking, or financial services.
- Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships or NBFCs will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and solid communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and finance documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in automobile dealership finance operations will be preferred.
- Prior experience coordinating with banks and NBFCs for vehicle loan approvals is an advantage.
- Should be capable of managing multiple loan applications and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Must be customer-focused, proactive, and committed to achieving finance targets.
