About the Role

RCV Technologies is looking for a Finance Manager who can take ownership of financial operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Develop and strengthen financial controls and processes
- Provide management with financial insights and business analysis
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
- Support financial planning, forecasting,



and decision-making
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end account closures

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and taxation
- Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and audits
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS
- Advanced MS Excel skills — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
- Experience with accounting software / ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred

- Experience in IT services, technology, digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based organizations
- Experience in management reporting and financial analysis
- Exposure to financial modelling and business forecasting
- Knowledge of Power BI or other BI/reporting tools
