We are hiring a Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and prepare financial reports. Candidates with a real estate background and ability to handle field-related work will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Generate MIS reports for management
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Coordinate for site visits or document collection when required
Report Making Responsibilities:
- Prepare MIS and financial reports using Excel
- Track project-wise expenses and revenue
- Generate client billing and payment reports
- Prepare cost and profitability reports
Requirements:
- B.Com or related degree
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally
- Willingness to travel for work if required
- Solid attention to detail
Preferred Candidate:
- 2-5 year Experience in real estate / construction industry
- Familiarity with project accounting
- Understanding of real estate transactions
