Job Description

The role focuses on regular shop visits, order collection, customer service, and promoting products to existing customers.

No sales targets or target-based pressure.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Visit existing customer shops regularly in the assigned areas of Thrissur or Malappuram.
- Collect orders from existing retailers and shop owners.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Inform customers about product availability, new products, and offers.
- Follow up on orders and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with the office and sales team regarding orders and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer visit records, order details, and daily reports.




- Provide feedback on customer needs, product demand, and market trends.
- Support the promotion of company products among existing customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
