Vishvas Oil Maker Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and sells oil maker machines, masala grinding machines, coconut cutters, and filter machines for domestic and commercial use.

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Technical Sales Executive/Engineer who can explain machine specifications, conduct product demonstrations, handle customer queries, and support customers with machine installation, operation, and basic maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Explain product features, technical specifications, and machine capacity to customers.
- Conduct machine demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.
- Provide basic technical guidance on machine installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer issues.




- Follow up with potential customers and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Visit customer sites when required for demonstrations or technical support.
- Maintain customer enquiry records and prepare follow-up reports.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in technical sales, product demonstrations, or customer support.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of machinery, motors, electrical components, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to explain technical information in straightforward language.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits, if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
