About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our two-wheeler EV service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requests, coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs, maintaining service records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic automobile knowledge, and an understanding of electric two-wheelers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards for vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Explain service procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repairs.
- Monitor service progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Explain EV-specific features, including battery health, charging systems, and motor-related issues.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records, job cards, warranty claims, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team for the availability of required components.




- Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback.
- Support service revenue generation through maintenance recommendations and upselling of relevant services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Experience in two-wheeler service or EV service will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of automobile mechanics and electric vehicle systems.
- Understanding of battery, motor, controller, and charging-related issues.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with service management software preferred.
- Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

- Candidates with experience in two-wheeler dealerships or EV service centres.
- Customer-oriented individuals with a professional attitude.
- Candidates who can coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
- Freshers with an automobile diploma and good communication skills may also apply.
