About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our clinical team. The role involves evaluating patient concerns, developing personalized treatment plans, recommending appropriate aesthetic solutions, and performing a range of procedures with precision, safety, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is confident, patient-focused, clinically responsible, and passionate about building a career in aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily OPD consultations for walk-in and scheduled patients.
- Assess and address concerns related to skin health, anti-aging, facial aesthetics, body contouring, and overall aesthetic wellness.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and clinical assessment.
- Perform aesthetic procedures, including dermal fillers, threads, laser treatments, skin tightening, and other in-clinic aesthetic procedures.
- Ensure all treatments are performed according to established clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and patient-safety guidelines.




- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, informed consent documentation, and progress notes.
- Educate patients about procedures, expected outcomes, aftercare, and maintenance.
- Develop long-term relationships with patients through professional and personalized care.
- Manage follow-ups, treatment reviews, and maintenance cycles. Maintain a high standard of patient experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with advancements, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.

Requirements

- Qualification: MD in Dermatology or equivalent recognized qualification .
- Prior experience in aesthetic medicine is mandatory.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain treatments and procedures clearly and confidently to patients.
- Professional approach with robust ethical and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume OPD setting.
- Passion for aesthetics, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
