Hiring: L1 Support Engineer & L1 Printer Support Engineer

We are looking for experienced L1 IT Support Engineers and L1 Printer Support Engineers for the following locations in Gujarat:

Job Locations:

- Ahmedabad
- Anand
- Nadiad
- Vadodara (Baroda)
- Rajkot

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs and printers.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot printer errors, paper jams, connectivity issues, and printing problems.
- Install and configure printer drivers and network printers.
- Provide L1 technical support to end users.
- Perform basic LAN and network connectivity troubleshooting.

Candidate Requirements:

- IT hardware and desktop support experience.
- Hands-on experience in PC and printer troubleshooting and repair.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at the assigned district location.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
