Job Description

Hiring customer-focused voice professionals for its International Voice Process supporting US customers. You will handle calls from US-based customers, resolve their queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, night shift environment.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from US customers
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Record call details accurately and follow process guidelines
- Communicate clearly with a neutral accent and professional tone
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets





Requirements

- Graduate and undergraduate with relevant experience
- Prior experience in an international voice process preferred
- Excellent spoken English with transparent, neutral communication
- Willingness to work from the office in Noida
- Comfortable working US night shifts
