Business Development & Sales Manager – Industrial Engineering Services

LOREDEEP India Pvt Ltd is building an industrial engineering services business focused on plant reliability, maintenance, production support, industrial projects and technology-enabled performance improvement.

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development & Sales Manager who can independently develop industrial customers, establish relationships with senior decision-makers and convert business opportunities into profitable contracts.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new industrial customers across automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, pharmaceutical and industrial warehousing sectors.

* Build and leverage qualified relationships with CEOs, MDs, COOs, Plant Heads, Engineering Heads and other business decision-makers.

* Generate business for industrial refurbishment, plant and machine relocation, production support, machine maintenance, utility maintenance, energy management, industrial logistics, consulting, audits and AIoT solutions.

* Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, plant visits, RFQs, technical proposals, commercial negotiations and order closure.

* Develop strategic accounts, repeat business, multi-location opportunities and cross-selling opportunities.

* Achieve agreed sales, gross-profit and customer-acquisition targets while protecting margins and payment terms.

Candidate Requirements

* 10–15+ years of relevant B2B industrial sales or business development experience preferred.





* Proven track record of personally generating and closing industrial service, engineering or project-based business.

* Established and verifiable professional network among senior industrial decision-makers.

* Strong understanding of industrial customer requirements, commercial negotiations, contract terms and working capital.

* Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management and deal-closing skills.

* Willingness to travel across South India.

Qualification: BE- Electrical/Mechanical / MBA Marketing & Sales
