Job Description:

Rabab Studios is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager with robust expertise in organic reach and audience growth to strengthen the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Plan content calendars and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with the creative team for reels, videos, graphics, and promotional content.
- Create engaging captions, hooks, and platform-specific content.
- Track analytics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize content performance.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends,



hashtags, and viral content strategies.
- Manage audience interactions, comments, and messages.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven understanding of organic social media growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content optimization.
- Experience in increasing organic reach, engagement, and followers.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
