Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of our real estate project in New Raipur. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in real estate project management, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, consultants, government departments, and internal teams.

The candidate should be proactive, professionally presentable, technically sound, and capable of ensuring that project activities are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete execution of the real estate project in Current Raipur, from planning to completion.
- Develop project schedules, execution plans, milestones, and progress reports.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, material procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review project progress against planned timelines.
- Maintain effective coordination between the site team and senior management at the GE Road office.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, MIS reports, progress summaries,



and management presentations.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities, approvals, work orders, and contractor performance.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities and departments whenever required for project-related approvals and compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the project team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure accountability, transparency, and professional standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant qualifications will be preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure project management.
- Proven experience in independently managing large-scale real estate or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of civil construction, project planning, budgeting, quality control, and site execution.
- Experience in managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of project documentation, statutory compliance, and construction safety standards.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
- Coordination & Negotiation: Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email,



and project reporting tools. Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Planning & Execution: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional Personality: Confident, well-groomed, disciplined, and professional in dealing with management and external stakeholders.
- Decision-Making: Ability to take ownership, resolve issues, and deliver results under pressure.
- Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare accurate MIS reports, project dashboards, and progress presentations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in reputed real estate development or construction companies will be preferred.
- Must be capable of independently handling a major project at New Raipur.
- Should demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Must be comfortable with regular site visits and coordination with the corporate office at GE Road, Raipur.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior management, government representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders.
