Job Description:

We are hiring a Fitness Trainer with sales and marketing mindset for our gym in Rehla, Palamu.

Working Hours:

- 54 Hours Per Week

- Split Shift (Morning + Evening)

- Sunday Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal and group training

- Handle gym floor management and member support

- Manage membership sales, renewals and enquiries

- Maintain billing, Excel, WhatsApp and CRM data

- Send daily sales report to management

- Assist in Instagram marketing - Reels and promotions

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Work under pressure during peak hours

Required Skills:

- Certified Fitness Trainer

- Gym Training

- Computer Knowledge (Excel, Billing, CRM)

- Sales and Marketing

- Instagram and Social Media Knowledge

- Client Handling

- Knowledge of current fitness trends

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 Year Experience as Fitness Trainer





- Must have computer knowledge

- Must have sales skills

- Ready to work in split shift

- Ready to work in Rehla, Palamu

- Able to work under pressure

- Valuable communication in Hindi and English
